WooCommerce to ERP: stock, prices and orders right in every place.

A WooCommerce shop that does not talk to the rest of the business sells things you do not have, shows yesterday’s price and leaves someone copying orders into the ERP each morning. We connect the shop to your ERP, till, accounts and warehouse so the numbers agree without anyone checking.

What goes wrong when the shop stands alone

Stock errors: the shop sells the last item twice, or shows something as out of stock that is sitting on the shelf. Late orders: web orders wait until someone keys them into the ERP. Wrong prices: a change made in one system is missed in another.

The links that do exist are often plugins that quietly fail. At Mitchell’s, two plugins read orders in a way that broke under WooCommerce’s newer order storage, and one made sales reports show zero revenue.

What we connect

WooCommerce to your ERP or stock system, your till, your accounts package, your warehouse or fulfilment partner and your marketplaces. Orders go one way; stock, prices and dispatch updates come back.

Your team keeps the WooCommerce admin it knows. We make sure the shop and the business agree, and we test each order type automatically before any change goes live.

Shops we run behind the scenes

Both clients kept WooCommerce. What changed was how well it works with the rest of the business.

  • The Embroidery Shed

Built around its real catalogue: more than 23,000 products and variations, colour groups, size rules, quantity price tiers, and VAT shown differently for trade and public customers.

  • Mitchell's Vintners

Two shops fed from one till system, audited from the ground up, fixed where urgent and brought up to date with a backup before every change.

How a WooCommerce integration runs

  1. 1

    Decide who owns what

Which system is the truth for stock, for prices and for customers. Most problems start here.

  2. 2

    Build and test the link

Orders, stock and prices moving on their own, tested against a copy of your real shop.

  3. 3

    Watch it

Links break when systems update. We monitor them and fix problems before customers notice.

Questions

Which ERPs and tills can WooCommerce connect to?
Most, if they can send and receive data. We have worked with Epos Now till sync, Sage, SAP and bespoke stock systems.
Should we move to Shopify to get this?
Not for this reason. WooCommerce connects well when the link is built properly, and you avoid a migration and a percentage of sales.
Will our team need retraining?
No. The Embroidery Shed team still manages products, orders and fulfilment exactly as before.
What about marketplaces?
Stock and orders can be shared with marketplaces too, so every channel sells from the same stock figure.
