A technical partner for your business in Europe.
Our European work includes Switzerland and Norway. From our base in Sheffield, we help businesses make sound technology decisions and deliver the systems behind them. We can take an ongoing leadership role or start with a defined piece of work.
Keep technology serving the business
A useful technical partner learns what your business does well and what is getting in its way. We keep close to advances in software, systems and AI, judge which matter in your sector and explain the tradeoffs. You have someone keeping technical risks, ageing systems and supplier decisions in view while you concentrate on your own work.
Our fractional CTO service gives that work an ongoing owner. We agree the responsibilities, access, time and review arrangements with your leadership team. A review and roadmap are starting tools; the relationship continues through investment decisions, delivery oversight, hiring and the next changes your business faces.
Work with the team that is already there
We establish regular working times with your people and suppliers, keep decisions in writing and make responsibilities clear. Close working does not depend on sharing an office. Where seeing the operation in person would help, we discuss the visit and arrangements before committing to it.
Before changing technology, we involve the staff affected and get them on board. They help us understand the real job, test the proposed approach and identify what would cause difficulty. We introduce changes carefully, with training and support, at a pace the team can manage alongside its daily work.
Agree how the work and data will move
Before delivery starts, we establish the systems involved, who can authorise access, where data needs to stay and which suppliers need to participate. Hosting, working language, handover and support arrangements belong in the scope. We work through those details with you rather than assuming every European business operates the same way.
Implementation can cover a company website, custom CMS, online shop, integration or specialist software. Each build has its own agreed scope and price. System Care is separately agreed too, so leadership, delivery and ongoing maintenance have clear owners and costs.

Start with a workable relationship
- 1
Talk about the business
Explain your operation, ambitions and current concerns. We discuss whether you need ongoing technical leadership, a particular build or help with an existing system.
- 2
Set the working arrangements
Agree responsibilities, meeting overlap, access and the people who need to be involved. Put the scope, fee and any travel requirements in writing.
- 3
Learn, then introduce change
Work with the staff affected, test promising improvements and agree a manageable rollout. Review what changes in daily work before deciding the next step.
