“The shop takes orders, but something is quietly broken.”
WooCommerce support, part of Ongoing support: we fix what is broken in the shop and keep it trading, on the admin your team already uses.
When checkout fails, a payment does not go through or order confirmations stop arriving, the shop quietly loses money. We find the fault, tell you the cause in plain language and quote a fixed price to fix it. You keep WooCommerce and the admin your team knows. Ongoing care is optional, with the scope and response commitment set out in your quote.
What it does for your business
The business side first. The software comes later.
Checkout and payments working
We find why orders fail and fix the payment, shipping or checkout rule behind it, then test the awkward baskets that break.
Customers get their emails
Order confirmations, invoices and despatch emails are checked and made deliverable, so a customer is not left wondering whether the order went through.
The faults you can see
A written account of what was wrong, what changed and what to watch, so the shop is not a mystery to the next person.
Kept up to date
Optional care keeps WooCommerce, plugins and PHP patched, with backups checked and a named person to call.
How the work runs
- 1
Describe the fault
What is failing, when it started and how orders are affected.
- 2
Diagnose the live shop
We reproduce the problem on your site, trace it to the plugin, theme or setting responsible and write up the cause.
- 3
Fix and test
A fixed quote for the fix, tested against real order types before it goes live.
- 4
Look after it
Ongoing care if you want it, with the scope and response commitment in your quote.
Questions
Can you fix a shop another developer built?
Yes. We start with the fault you are seeing, and we will say if the cause is a plugin its own supplier should fix, as we did at Mitchell’s Vintners.
Will we have to change how we run the admin?
No. Products, orders, VAT and fulfilment stay in the WooCommerce admin your team already uses.
How is the ongoing care priced?
Care is a monthly fee agreed in writing, with the scope and the response commitment in your quote. The first fix is quoted separately as a fixed price.
How quickly can you respond?
We agree the response commitment and support hours in writing. Existing System Care packages include a response within three working hours; a new shop assessment or one-off fix is scoped separately.
