  Max

  Founder and Director

  Max leads the relationship with our clients and stays close to the engineering. He studied at Imperial College London and spent over a decade on high-performance platforms for Bet365, SeeTickets and fintech firms. He served as Head of R&D during Revitt’s work with Gateway.FM. He helps business owners work out what to do next, then brings the right people into the work. Outside work he mentors, runs and plays jazz.

  Scott

  Principal Consultant, Manufacturing and Operations

  Scott Fairclough leads our work with manufacturers and operations-heavy businesses. He has spent more than a decade solving operational problems with technology. He did business analysis at Dunbia and has run his own company since 2018, so he knows manufacturing, planning and stock control from the shop floor up. He has delivered scheduling, stock and proof-of-delivery systems for UK manufacturers, and was a core contributor to the infrastructure behind Polygon’s zkEVM network. He is good at replacing the spreadsheet everyone is scared of with something the team uses every day.

  Vanessa

  Consultant, Systems and Design

  Vanessa ran her own architecture practice before joining Revitt, so she knows what running a business involves and has a sharp eye for design. She turns what a business needs into systems people find easy to use, often by taking a manual job off someone’s desk. She is methodical and keeps her eye on the result. Outside work she crafts and tends her allotment.

  AWS Partner & Expert

  Ricky looks after the infrastructure our clients’ businesses run on. He knows AWS inside out and builds secure cloud set-ups that stay up, and he is the first one in when something breaks.
