People who can understand the job and deliver it.
Development: from your website to the systems behind the business.

What we take on
We take on full builds, architecture, legacy renovations and emergency fixes, from websites and shops to business systems and specialist engineering. We get to know the operation, work with your people and suppliers and test the result against what the business needs. We use existing products where they fit and build what is missing. Development and implementation are additional work, scoped and quoted separately from ongoing Technical Oversight. You can also commission a defined project on its own.

What it does for your business
The business side first. The software comes later.
Work shaped around the business
Understand the people, process and constraints before choosing the technology. The result needs to work in the operation, not just in a demonstration.
The right tools for the job
Use a product, connect existing systems or build something custom. We assess fit, cost, risk and ongoing ownership before recommending an approach.
Architecture that fits the operation
Design the system and its connections, access controls, deployment and ongoing ownership. Work through the constraints before committing to a full build or renovation.
A way through a failing system
Investigate what is broken, establish the immediate risks and agree the repair. Recovery work is separately scoped and charged; availability and response depend on the agreement.
Delivery you can follow
A written scope, agreed milestones and real work to inspect. We make the decisions and trade-offs visible as the work develops.
A system you can own and run
Testing, migration, training and handover are part of the plan. You own the code we build, your data and your cloud accounts. Ongoing System Care is agreed separately.
How the work runs
- 1
Understand the job
Talk through the business, the people who will use it and what needs to change. Inspect the systems and constraints involved.
- 2
Agree the scope and price
Set out the work, responsibilities, milestones, definition of done and quote before delivery starts. Larger jobs can begin with separately quoted discovery.
- 3
Build and test with you
Deliver the work in agreed stages, show progress and test it against the real operation. Keep decisions and changes visible.
- 4
Launch and hand over
Plan migration, training and launch, then hand over what your people need to run it. Agree ongoing care where required.
Questions
Do we need Technical Oversight before commissioning development?
No. We can scope and quote a defined project on its own. Technical Oversight is an ongoing leadership relationship; development is separately commissioned work.
Will you build something if a product already does the job?
We look at the options first. Configuring or connecting an existing product can be the right answer. Custom development is for the parts that the available tools do not cover well enough.
Can you work with our team or existing supplier?
Yes. We agree the responsibilities and access, then work alongside the people involved. We can deliver a defined part of a larger piece of work.
What happens after launch?
Testing, training and handover are planned as part of the job. Ongoing maintenance, support and response commitments are set out separately in a System Care agreement.
Tell us what needs to work
Describe the job, the systems and people involved and any deadline. We will explain the first step and what it would take to quote it.
