Who we are

Revitt Ltd (company number 13210870) operates the website revitt.co. When we say “we”, “us”, or “Revitt” in this policy, we mean Revitt Ltd.

For any privacy questions, contact us at hi@revitt.co.

What data we collect

We collect data in two ways:

  • Information you give us — name, email address, company name, and message content when you submit a contact form, booking form, or quiz on our site.
  • Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral source. If you accept cookies, we also collect analytics data via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel (see Cookies section below).

How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry or booking request
  • To send you information you have asked for
  • To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we process your data based on:

  • Consent — when you submit a form or accept cookies
  • Legitimate interest — to respond to business enquiries and improve our services

Cookies

We use cookies to understand how our site is used and to measure ad performance. In the UK and EU, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

  • Essential cookies — session management and security. These are necessary for the site to function.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics tracks page views and usage patterns. Data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.
  • Advertising cookies — Meta Pixel tracks conversions from our ads so we can measure effectiveness. This may involve sharing data with Meta (Facebook).

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.

Third-party services

We share data with the following services, only as needed to operate our business:

  • Supabase — database hosting (form submissions)
  • Google Analytics — website analytics
  • Meta / Facebook — advertising measurement
  • Kit — email communications
  • Google Calendar — booking management
  • Vercel — website hosting
  • Paddle — payment processing

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and booking data for as long as our business relationship is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention periods (typically 14 months for Google Analytics).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Request a portable copy of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email hi@revitt.co. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
