Privacy Policy

Revitt Ltd (company number 13210870) operates the website revitt.co. When we say “we”, “us”, or “Revitt” in this policy, we mean Revitt Ltd.

We collect data in two ways:

• Information you give us: name, email address, company name, and message content when you submit a contact form, support form, or booking request on our site.
• Limited technical data: our servers and hosting provider keep standard request logs, and we briefly process a hashed version of your IP address to rate-limit form submissions and prevent spam.
• How you found us: if you arrive through a link carrying campaign tags (such as utm_source) or an advert click id (Google’s gclid, LinkedIn’s li_fat_id, Reddit’s rdt_cid), your browser keeps them, with the site that referred you and the first page you landed on, in session storage for that visit. They are sent to us only if you submit a form, so we know which campaign brought your enquiry. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
• Usage data: see Cookies and measurement below.

• To respond to your enquiry, support request, or booking
• To keep a record of each enquiry and booking and how it progresses (see Google Sheets below)
• To send you information you have asked for
• To keep our forms secure and free from abuse
• To see which pages, campaigns and adverts bring enquiries, and, if you accept cookies, to measure and target our advertising

We do not sell your personal data.

Under UK GDPR, we process your data based on:

• Consent: when you submit a form
• Legitimate interest: to respond to business enquiries, keep our forms secure, and improve our services

We never sell visitor data. Optional cookies only run after you accept them through the cookie notice; if you decline, none are set. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings (also in the footer).

• Strictly necessary: your cookie choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, and any essential cookies are limited to what is needed for the site and its forms to function securely.
• Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights (always on): our host counts page views, key actions (such as a submitted form or a booked call) and page-load speed. They set no cookies and identify no one; visits are counted in aggregate from a daily-rotating hash that is never stored.
• Google Analytics (optional): to understand how the site is used.
• Google Ads (optional): to measure which of our Google adverts lead to an enquiry or a booked call, and to show our adverts to people who have visited this site. If you have accepted and then submit a form, your email address is hashed in your browser before it is sent to Google to match the enquiry to an advert click (enhanced conversions). Before you accept, Google receives only cookieless, anonymous signals under Google Consent Mode.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag and Reddit Pixel (optional): to measure our LinkedIn and Reddit marketing and show our adverts there to people who have visited this site. Neither loads until you accept.
• Microsoft Advertising UET (optional): to measure which of our Microsoft Advertising (Bing) adverts lead to an enquiry or a booked call, and to show our adverts to people who have visited this site. It only loads after you accept.

Google, LinkedIn, Reddit and Microsoft process this data under their own privacy policies.

Our other sites, donworks.co.uk and maxrevitt.com, use the same Google Analytics account under the same rules: nothing is stored until you accept on that site, and Cookies settings there changes your choice. If you accept on more than one of them, Google Analytics can link your visits across them, so we can see when one of those sites brought you here.

We share data with the following services, only as needed to operate our business:

• Our private Google Workspace booking calendar: storing your contact details, chosen or requested time, and approval status so we can review requests and avoid duplicate bookings
• Google Calendar: creating and managing your booking, including the calendar invite and video-call link
• Google Chat: notifying our team when you submit a form so we can respond
• Google Sheets: when you submit a contact form, the readiness check or a booking, we add one row to a private spreadsheet in our own Google Workspace: the date, the kind of enquiry, your name and company, the domain of your email address (not the full address, and not your message), how you found us (campaign tags, whether you came from a Google advert, the page you landed on) and, later, how the enquiry progressed. Only Revitt can open it.
• Vercel: website hosting, Web Analytics and Speed Insights
• Google Analytics and Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, Microsoft Advertising: measurement and advertising, only after you accept cookies

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

We keep contact, support, and booking submissions, and the enquiry record described above, for as long as our business relationship is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up. Google Analytics keeps usage data for at most 14 months. Advertising platforms keep data under their own retention policies.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Request a portable copy of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
