Who we are
Revitt Ltd (company number 13210870) operates the website revitt.co. When we say “we”, “us”, or “Revitt” in this policy, we mean Revitt Ltd.
For any privacy questions, contact us at hi@revitt.co.
What data we collect
We collect data in two ways:
- Information you give us: name, email address, company name, and message content when you submit a contact form, support form, or booking request on our site.
- Limited technical data: our servers and hosting provider keep standard request logs, and we briefly process a hashed version of your IP address to rate-limit form submissions and prevent spam. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not build a profile of your browsing.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry, support request, or booking
- To send you information you have asked for
- To keep our forms secure and free from abuse
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis for processing
Under UK GDPR, we process your data based on:
- Consent: when you submit a form
- Legitimate interest: to respond to business enquiries, keep our forms secure, and improve our services
Cookies
We keep this site deliberately lightweight. We do not use advertising cookies or sell visitor data. Where Google Analytics is configured, analytics storage defaults to denied and is only enabled after consent through the cookie banner.
- Strictly necessary: any essential cookies are limited to what is needed for the site and its forms to function securely.
- Optional analytics: analytics only runs when a visitor accepts it. Visitors can reject analytics and continue using the site.
Third-party services
We share data with the following services, only as needed to operate our business:
- Google Calendar: creating and managing your booking, including the calendar invite and video-call link
- Google Chat: notifying our team when you submit a form so we can respond
- Vercel: website hosting
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
Data retention
We keep contact, support, and booking submissions for as long as our business relationship is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up. We do not retain analytics or tracking data, because we do not collect any.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email hi@revitt.co. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
