Payroll moves are won or lost in the parallel run. We make the checking repeatable.

Before a new payroll goes live, someone has to prove every employee will be paid exactly as before. Done in spreadsheets, that takes weeks and depends on a few experts. We build systems that do the comparison, use AI to sort the differences, and never show it anyone’s personal details.

The riskiest week in a payroll project

Old and new payrolls run side by side. Every wage type, deduction and allowance has to match, or be explained. One missed difference means someone is paid wrongly on day one, and trust in the new system is gone.

Across several countries and several payroll platforms, the spreadsheet approach does not scale. It runs on the goodwill of your most experienced people.

Built for the most sensitive data you hold

Payroll data is names, addresses, dates of birth, bank details, National Insurance numbers and pay. Keeping it away from AI is built into the design from the first day.

Each migration’s data is kept apart from every other, and every decision is recorded, so you can show a client or an auditor exactly how each difference was resolved.

A consultancy that now sells its method

Global HR moves companies between payroll systems, often across several countries. It now owns Launch Saviour, a product built on its own method.

  • Global HR

Source files from SAP, ADP, Workday and other platforms are brought into one format and compared line by line. Its growth is no longer limited by expert hours.

  • Faces Consent

Another platform holding regulated personal data, where we sat on the founders’ side as their technical lead.

What we would look at first

  1. 1

    The last migration

How long checking took, who did it, and where the late surprises came from.

  2. 2

    The data path

Where employee data travels, who can see it, and what an AI step would need to see.

  3. 3

    The product case

Whether your method would sell as a tool to clients, and what a first version would cost.

Questions

Which payroll systems can you compare?
Files from any platform, in CSV or Excel. For Global HR that includes SAP, ADP and Workday, mapped wage type by wage type.
Does the AI see employee details?
No. Real employee IDs become anonymous codes, and names, addresses, dates of birth, bank details and NI numbers are removed before anything reaches the model.
Can we change AI provider later?
Yes. The system is built so the AI provider can be swapped without a rebuild.
How is it tested?
Launch Saviour was benchmarked at 100,000, 200,000 and 300,000 employees and carries 37 end-to-end browser tests.
