The problem
Inovar EMEA is a software company. One small but essential part of its service, Session2Go, had no code behind it any more: the original had been lost. It could not be fixed, updated or checked for security problems, and if it failed, it could not be repaired.
What we did
We started by listening. We gathered Inovar's requirements, worked out exactly what the missing piece had to do, and worked alongside Inovar's own technical teams, who know their systems and their customers best.
Then we rebuilt it quickly and tested it against the way Inovar's customers actually use it. We helped Inovar's team take it live, so the switch was seamless for the people relying on it.
Since then we have looked after it under System Care, keeping it up to date and secure and fixing problems before customers notice them.
