Contractor orders and invoices through Sage, nothing retyped
A national contractor's purchase orders arrive in 4 Front Furniture's Sage 50 as sales orders, and the invoices go back in the format it accepts. We built and host the link.

The result
Since 2022, orders from 4 Front Furniture's largest customer have gone straight into its Sage accounts without anyone retyping them, and the invoices go back automatically in the format the customer insists on.
The team can see every order and invoice, and whether it has been sent. We host the link and look after it.
The problem
4 Front Furniture supplies furniture to social housing providers and councils. Its largest customer, a national housing-repairs contractor, only trades through its own system and its own invoice format, and an invoice with the wrong reference sits unpaid until someone sorts it out.
Without a link, every order was typed into Sage by hand and every invoice rebuilt to the customer's rules.
What we did
We connected the customer's ordering system to 4 Front's Sage. New orders are collected every few minutes and arrive in Sage as sales orders, filed to the right account using 4 Front's own rules. Invoices go back the same way, priced from Sage.
An order can never be entered twice, and a simple screen shows the team what has come in and what has gone out.
Our integration work covers links like this one, and System Care keeps them running. If a customer's ordering system is being fed by hand, get in touch.
