How it works

Start with a review or a build
Every production build we deliver includes the first three months of AI Partner Essentials. If you already use AI, we start with a one-off check of what you have, or with an AI Profit Review.

The first month sets the baseline
We record what your AI costs, what it saves and who uses it, so every later report compares against a fixed starting point.
- 3
Every month after that
A short brief on what changed in AI and whether it matters to you, the numbers in pounds, fixes and tuning, and help for your staff.
- 4
Every quarter
We sit down with you, review the numbers and bring the next job we expect to pay back, costed at a fixed price. You decide whether it goes ahead.
What is not in the monthly fee
AI licences and usage
You pay OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Microsoft directly, or we pass the bill on at cost. We add no margin, so we have no reason to sell you more seats.
New builds
New AI jobs are quoted at a fixed price with the expected payback in writing, and a new system is from £10k + VAT. Growth and Lead include improvement time for smaller changes; extra days are £850 + VAT for AI Partner clients.
IT support and hosting
Keeping servers, sites and systems running, in a cloud account you own, is System Care. The two sit on one monthly invoice if you take both.
Questions
- Why pay monthly for AI?
- Models, prices and tools change every few weeks. Without someone watching, you pay for seats that sit unused, miss a cheaper model that does the same job, and staff drift to tools you have not approved. AI Partner keeps all three in check and shows the effect in pounds.
- Which AI do you work with?
- Whichever does the job best for the money: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft Copilot or private models on your own hardware. We are not tied to one vendor and take no commission from any of them.
- How long is the contract?
- Three months to start, then month to month with 30 days’ notice. Paying for a year up front takes a month off the price.
- What does it cost?
- Essentials from £595 a month, Growth from £1,495 and Lead from £3,950, plus VAT. The price depends on how many AI jobs you have live and how many people use AI; we confirm it in writing before you start.
- Can we just have staff training?
- Yes. A half-day AI at work session for up to 15 people, from £1,250 + VAT, covers what your approved tools can do, what not to put into them and how to get useful answers. Your team leaves with a one-page AI policy and a set of prompts for their own jobs. Join AI Partner within 60 days and the fee comes off your first month.
- What if AI stops paying back?
- Then the report shows it and we say so. We only recommend work we expect to pay back, and we would rather switch off a tool that does not earn its keep than bill you for looking after it.
