> Business systems setup: we understand the work, put the right process and systems in place, and help your team use them.

Most of what a business needs already exists as proven software: accounts, sales records, tills, email and documents, an online shop. The hard part is choosing between packages, setting them up to fit how you work and moving years of data across. We design a workable process, configure the systems it needs, move and check your data, and train your team. Then we connect it to your other systems, and build only the parts no package covers.

- **A process that fits the work**: The work, responsibilities and checks are agreed first; configuration follows that process, with the trade-offs written down.
- **Set up for your business**: Users, permissions, templates and workflows configured before your team starts, so the first week goes on work instead of settings.

- **Joined up with everything else**: Linked to your other systems where that saves retyping. Connecting systems is a large part of our work.

- **Online shop platforms**: WooCommerce or Shopify, chosen on what suits your catalogue and how you sell.

01. **Free call**: How you work today, what is not working and what you have already tried.
02. **Process and delivery scope**: A written scope for the process, configuration, migration, testing and handover, with a fixed quote.
03. **Set up and move in**: Configuration, data migration and checks, then training for the people who will use it.
04. **Connect and look after**: Links to your other systems where they pay for themselves, and System Care if you want us to look after it.

## FAQs

**Which software do you work with?**

Common choices include Sage and Xero for accounts, HubSpot for sales, Microsoft 365 for email and documents, Epos Now for tills, and WooCommerce or Shopify for online shops. If something else suits you better, we will recommend that instead.

**Why not set it up ourselves?**

You can, and for simple cases we will tell you to. We earn our keep on the set-up choices that are hard to undo, on moving data across cleanly, and on linking the new software to everything else.

**What if no package fits?**

Then we say so and quote for building the missing part. Usually a package does most of the job, and an integration or a small piece of custom software fills the gap.

**How is it priced?**

A fixed quote for the set-up after a short call. Software licences are shown separately, so you can see what goes to the vendor.
