# Revitt services

Four areas of work: online trading, stock and ordering, operational workflows and ongoing support. Most clients need one or two. Each starts with a free call, then the first step that fits the job, then a fixed quote. No prices are published.

## [Business systems setup](https://revitt.co/services/supply-and-set-up.md)

Most of what a business needs already exists as proven software: accounts, sales records, tills, email and documents, an online shop. The hard part is choosing between packages, setting them up to fit how you work and moving years of data across. We design a workable process, configure the systems it needs, move and check your data, and train your team. Then we connect it to your other systems, and build only the parts no package covers.

## [Online trading](https://revitt.co/services/ecommerce.md)

Online trading depends on the whole journey working: products, checkout, payment, order emails and fulfilment. We improve that journey for established WooCommerce shops, including rebuilding the storefront where speed and reliability need attention. Products, orders, VAT, shipping and fulfilment stay in the admin your team already uses. You stay on WooCommerce and we take no percentage of sales.

## [Company websites](https://revitt.co/services/websites.md)

Many industrial and B2B firms have a website built years ago that has not kept up. The products have moved on, the photos are old, and only the agency that built it can change it. We build company websites that say plainly what you make, who for and how to buy, that your own team can update, and that load quickly on a phone. The site runs in your own cloud account, so you are never tied to us for hosting.

## [Stock and ordering](https://revitt.co/services/connect.md)

We follow the work through your business: how your team counts stock, who can buy what, how customer orders arrive, how they are checked and fulfilled, and how invoices are raised. Then we design and implement the process, with clear approvals and a route for exceptions. That can include scanners, digital ordering and connections to accounts and warehouse systems. We test with your team, train the people who will run it and provide ongoing support under an agreed scope.

## [Admin automation](https://revitt.co/services/automation.md)

In most firms, skilled people spend part of every week retyping orders, chasing invoices and building the same Monday report. You are paying for those hours. We find the jobs worth taking off their desks and set up the software or AI to do them. Anything that spends money or reaches a customer still goes past a person first. What we build is yours.

## [Stocktaking](https://revitt.co/services/stocktaking.md)

A count is only useful if the result can be acted on. We take responsibility for the whole process: understanding how your operation works, designing how stock is counted, configuring the scanners and the stock data behind them, setting up how discrepancies are recorded and reviewed, integrating the approved results, training your staff and supporting the process once it is running. Your team does the physical counting. We make that counting easier, faster and worth trusting.

## [Digital ordering](https://revitt.co/services/digital-ordering.md)

When orders and invoices arrive by email, spreadsheet and phone call, someone has to hold it all together. We take on that whole operation: understanding what your customers and suppliers require, setting up purchasing, budget and account checks, taking in customer orders, mapping them to the systems you use, putting approvals in the right places, preparing invoices, handling the exceptions and supporting the operation once it is live. Your team ends up handling the exceptions rather than the routine.

## [Operational workflows](https://revitt.co/services/custom-software.md)

Off-the-shelf software is the right answer more often than not, and we say so when it is. Where it does not fit, because your work is unusual, a big customer wants something specific or your method is worth selling, we build the system for you: a customer or supplier portal, a control system, an internal tool or a product of your own. Every build has a fixed quote and a written definition of done. You own the code and the data, and the system runs in your own cloud account.

## [Legacy software rewrites](https://revitt.co/services/legacy-software-rewrites.md)

Plenty of firms still run on an Access database, a VB6 or .NET Framework application, a classic ASP or old PHP site, or a set of spreadsheets one person understands. It works until the person leaves, the server can no longer be patched, or a customer asks for something it cannot do. We rewrite these systems as maintained, modern software. The business keeps trading throughout: we move the data across, run old and new side by side where it matters, and switch over in phases.

## [Technical leadership](https://revitt.co/services/technical-leadership.md)

If an outside supplier builds your software, or your own system has grown beyond what anyone in the business can judge, it is hard to know whether you are getting value. We give founders and boards experienced technical people on their side. That can be a part-time CTO, an independent review of a system or supplier before you spend more, or experienced engineers working inside your team.

## [Customer portals](https://revitt.co/services/customer-portals.md)

A portal is worth building when customers keep ringing for order status, re-keying prices from old PDFs, or emailing documents that should sit on an account. We design one operational workflow first, connect it to your accounts or ERP, and deliver it in phases. Discovery is quoted, the build has a fixed scope, and you own the code and data.

## [Ongoing support](https://revitt.co/services/system-care.md)

When a system your business depends on goes down, sales stop and your team waits. System Care gives you named people who know your systems. Support access is a monthly fee, with no included work or guaranteed response time. Care packages include the work and response commitment set out in your quote; monitoring, hosting and backups are scoped and priced separately.

## [WooCommerce support](https://revitt.co/services/woocommerce-support.md)

When checkout fails, a payment does not go through or order confirmations stop arriving, the shop quietly loses money. We find the fault, tell you the cause in plain language and quote a fixed price to fix it. You keep WooCommerce and the admin your team knows. Ongoing care is optional, with the scope and response commitment set out in your quote.
